About
About Danish Graphene
Founded in 2020, Danish Graphene was built on the foundation of cutting-edge research from Aarhus University. Initially, our mission was to pioneer the development of graphene, a revolutionary material with limitless potential. As electrochemical graphene synthesis evolved, we saw an opportunity to create more sustainable solutions that would allow graphene to be incorporated into a broader range of products.
Our journey began in the space industry, where we identified significant challenges in thermal management. By developing an innovative epoxy adhesive with graphene, we were able to address the industry’s need for improved heat conductivity in thermal interface materials. This breakthrough earned us recognition, and in 2023, we were proudly funded by the European Space Agency (ESA).

"Innovating Graphene for industrial applications“
Danish Graphene develops and produces functionalised graphene and green graphene oxide for industrial applications.
Danish Graphene is built on fundamental research from Aarhus University. Danish Graphene is a production company and supplier of graphene for industrial applications. Danish Graphene is unique in our production process where the graphene is functionalised during the manufacture with high control of functionalisation type and density to ensure the optimal product for your application. Functionalised graphene can be easily dispersed in other materials making it simple to implement in an existing product range. Danish Graphene offers custom development, supply of green graphene oxide, and in-house developed products ready to use in your production!
