Transactions on the website in general
Danish Graphene ApS offers its products on the webshop as commercial sale to business professionals in the ordinary course of business to traders (BtB). You are considered a business professional.

Any purchase on the web shop is governed by Danish Graphene ApS’ General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The General Terms and Conditions are available for download on this website.

The purchase is binding for Danish Graphene ApS only when you have received written order confirmation.

Minimum order is EUR 100, plus shipping and handling costs and all related taxes and custom duties.

Payment
Danish Graphene ApS receives online payments with; Visa/Dankort and Mastercard.
Payment will not be charged to your account until the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order confirmation.

When paid with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.

The webshop uses Euro (EUR) for pricing and all amounts on the webshop are excluding VAT.

Danish Graphene ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Danish Graphene ApS’ own webshop also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically one to three (1-3) business days from the order confirmation date within the EU and EEA.

Danish Graphene ApS ships goods with the following: GLS – Business, Bring – Business.

The freight is calculated by weight.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your place of business.

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop, as the transaction has been made between business professionals (BtB).

Lack of conformity
In the event of lack of conformity of the goods, you shall give Danish Graphene ApS notice thereof at the latest within a period of two years from the date on which the goods were handed over to you.
Complaints about defects and lack of conformity must be notified to The Danish Graphene ApS seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The complaint is lost by improper or uncommon use of the product.

In the case of an approved complaint, Danish Graphene ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
