Thermally conductive adhesive with graphene. With graphene it is possible to reach high thermal conductivity at very low filler concentration compared to traditional fillers. Low filler concentrations means better mechanical performance of the adhesive and using graphene makes the product more environmentally friendly than for example metal oxide-filled adhesives.
